Overall
Velufira builds a persistent barrier domain that strengthens every time she or anyone inside it uses an ability. The domain suppresses enemy crit, magic penetration, insight, and raw damage output, with all suppression scaling as mana density climbs. Every skill she casts feeds density upward — her thread weaving restores energy to nearby allies and damages enemies, her imprisonment locks down the deepest backline threat and prevents all actions at sufficient density, and her Arcane Armor absorbs damage then retaliates against the highest-damage enemy when it breaks. At full density the domain shuts down critical strikes entirely and flips its crit suppression into a crit boost for allies. Enemies who attack armored allies lose energy and deal reduced damage, while armored allies deal amplified damage. The domain also grants Velufira scaling damage reduction as density rises, making her progressively harder to kill the longer the fight runs.

UltimatePassive weaving restores energy to Velufira and nearby allies while damaging enemies. Active mode deals triple-strike damage to all enemies, reduces Magic Resist, destroys shields, and increases barrier mana density.
Arcane Shroud
ActiveCreates a persistent barrier domain that reduces enemy Crit Rating scaling with mana density. Also suppresses enemy Magic Pierce and Insight, and reduces all damage enemies deal. At max density, enemies cannot land critical strikes and the Crit Rating reduction converts into a Crit Rating boost for allies. Ultimates cast inside the domain increase density.
Binding Restriction
ActiveImprisons the enemy deepest in allied territory. At sufficient mana density, imprisoned targets cannot attack or use skills. Each successive imprisonment on a target increases the next strike's damage, up to 3 times. Targets additional enemies as well. Imprisoned enemies that change position take bonus damage and increased damage taken briefly.
Essence of Defense
ActiveWeaves damage-absorbing Arcane Armor for Velufira and prioritized allies — the lowest-health and highest-damage allies, favoring Draconis heroes. When armor breaks or refreshes, it retaliates against the highest-damage enemy, dealing more if attacked fewer times. Arcane essence radiates when armor is exhausted or reapplied, dealing periodic Dragonspeak Damage to nearby enemies and preventing ultimate use.

The barrier domain's mana density passively increases over time. At max density, enemies inside cannot crit and allies gain the converted Crit Rating. Imprisoned enemies that change position take bonus damage and suffer increased damage taken, up to 3 triggers per enemy. Velufira gains scaling damage reduction as density rises, up to a substantial cap.

Passive: Velufira weaves her arcane thread, prioritizing frontal areas with the highest concentration of allied heroes, restoring 150 Energy to herself and nearby allied heroes while dealing damage equal to 240% of her Attack Rating to nearby enemies. Active: Velufira deals 3 strikes of damage equal to 260% of her Attack Rating to all enemies while also reducing their Magic Resist by 40 points for 8 seconds and increasing the mana density within the barrier domain by 20 points.
At the start of battle, Velufira weaves a barrier domain that reduces the Crit Rating of enemies within it by 20 points. Every time Velufira uses an active skill, the mana density of the barrier is increased, for up to a maximum of 100 points. For every 3 points of mana density increase, the Crit Rating of the enemies is reduced by an extra 1 points.
Velufira weaves arcane threads, dealing damage equal to 360% of her Attack Rating to the enemy deepest into allied territory and Imprisoning them for 4 seconds. If a barrier domain exists on the battlefield, its mana density will be increased by 10 points.
Velufira uses arcane thread to weave for herself Arcane Armor that absorbs damage and health loss, and the initial absorption value is 500% of her Attack Rating. When the armor is exhausted or reapplied, it deals damage equal to 80% of the initial absorption value to the enemy that has dealt the most damage. The fewer times the armor is attacked, the higher this damage will be, for up to a maximum increase of 60%. If a barrier domain exists on the battlefield, its mana density will be increased by 15 points when Arcane Armor is generated.

After the barrier domain is woven, its mana density boost is increased to 4 points every 1 seconds.
When the mana density of the barrier domain is increased to 100 points enemies within it will be unable to land critical strikes, and the Crit Rating reduction from Arcane Shroud will be converted into an equal amount of Crit Rating boost for allies within the barrier domain.
If an enemy changes position during the Imprisonment effect from the Binding Restriction skill, they will take additional damage equal to 400% of Velufira’s Attack Rating, and all damage taken will be increased by 35% for 8 seconds. This effect can be triggered up to 3 times per enemy every 4 seconds.
Every time the barrier domain’s mana density is increased by 1 points, Velufira will take 1%less damage, for a maximum reduction of up to 55%.
For 5 seconds after an enemy attacks an Arcane Armor, they will lose 80 Energy per second and deal 40% less damage.
Allies with Arcane Armor deal 35%more damage. If the mana density of the barrier domain exceeds 50 points, then the normal attack damage of allies within it will be increased by 65%.
For every 1 times an enemy is Imprisoned by this skill, the next strike of damage dealt by the skill will be increased by 25%. This increase can occur up to 3 times. When this skill is used, an extra 3 enemies will be targeted.
Dragon’s Fury is triggered when the Arcane Armor is exhausted or reapplied, releasing arcane essence around Velufira and nearby armored allies for 8 seconds. Enemies within range of the essence will take Dragonspeak Damage equal, to 320% of Velufira’s Attack Rating every 1 seconds and be unable to use their Ultimate.
