Overall
Thane is a duelist who isolates and dismantles targets one at a time. He opens by diving the weakest enemy, then creates a Wind Vortex that traps a single target inside while knocking everyone else out. Inside the vortex, his attacks can't be dodged and he strikes faster. His ultimate shreds the trapped target with rapid slashes, and if the target dies mid-combo, the remaining hits spread to all enemies. Using his ultimate resets the vortex cooldown, letting him immediately lock down the next target. Kills can trigger another dive, chaining takedowns. With his awakening skill active, Thane and his allies gain Wind Veil layers that boost attack and crit damage. When a veiled ally takes a heavy hit, a layer is consumed to halve the damage, retaliate with wind damage, and silence the attacker. The vortex cycle refreshes Wind Veil on nearby allies, giving the team repeated defensive coverage.
