Passive: Upon entering the battlefield, Selene generates a Moonlit Phantasm. Four Lunar Phases appear sequentially within the phantasm: New Moon, Crescent Moon, Gibbous Moon, and Full Moon, starting with the New Moon first. Once allied heroes use active skills ( excluding normal attacks) a total of 6 times, the Lunar Phase advances to the next. The Moonlit Phantasm disappears when Selene dies. Active: Selene channels Moonlight Arc, dealing damage equal to 360% of her Attack Rating to all enemy heroes, and then gains all effects up to the current Lunar Phase. New Moon: Restores health equal to 280% of Selene’s Attack Rating to the 3 allied heroes with the lowest health percentage. Crescent Moon: During healing, most debuffs are also removed from the allied hero. Gibbous Moon: Grants the healed allied hero a shield that blocks 4 strikes of damage. Full Moon: After healing, Moon’s Lament is triggered, dealing damage equal to 900% of Attack Rating to all enemy heroes. This damage ignores Magic Resist and applies Eclipse to all targets. While Eclipse is active, affected enemy heroes lose 45% of their current health every time they use an active skill, but a single instance of health loss cannot exceed 600% of Selene’s Attack Rating. This effect lasts for 15 seconds and can be dispelled. When Moon’s Lament ends, the Lunar Phase returns to New Moon.
Passive: Each time the Lunar Phase advances, Selene summons Falling Comets, dealing damage equal to 270% of Attack Rating to all enemy units on the enemy side of the battlefield and stunning hit targets for 1 second. Active: Advances the Lunar Phase to the next.
The Moonlit Phantasm enhances all allied heroes based on the highest Lunar Phase reached, increasing their Attack Rating by 8% per phase.
Selene summons a Moonward Circle at the targeted enemy’s location, dealing damage equal to 270% of Attack Rating to enemy units in range. The area of effect is greatly increased if the Lunar Phase is Gibbous Moon or higher.
With the sacred circlet, Selene senses the creatures of the night. Forged not of mortal steel, nor bearing a blade, it channels moonlight into a keen edge that severs fear from the heart. Like a whisper in a dream, it carries silent prayers to the ears of the gods, and casts a gentle light into the darkest corners of destiny.
Crescent Moon dispels most debuffs from all allied heroes every second for 6 seconds.
Gibbous Moon increasses the Attack Rating of all allied heroes by 30% for 8 seconds.
Moon’s Lament deals 80% additional damage to enemy heroes on the enemy side of the battlefield.
The first time Moon’s Lament is triggered per battle, it does not return the Lunar Phase to New Moon.
The number of active skill uses required to advance the Lunar Phase is reduced by 2.
If Moon’s Lament is not triggered when Selene uses her UItimate, the Lunar Phase advances to the next.
Enhance the skill Radiant Phases, the Attack Rating and Defense Rating boosts for each phase reached are increased to 15%. Reach 2 Star Ascended with this hero to gain: MP +1.82 Reach 3 star Ascended with this hero to gain: MP +1.82
Enhance the skill Lunar Ring, targets hit by the Moonward Circle will take 100% more damage from Selene for 10 seconds. This effect does not stack. Reach 4 Star Ascended with this hero to gain: MP +1.82 Reach 5 star Ascended with this hero to gain: MP +1.82
