Passive: 10% Accuracy is converted into Magic Efficiency, and 100% Physical Pierce becomes Magic Pierce. Active: Raoul calls in a newsboy and shoots at the enemy, dealing damage for 360% of his Attack Rating that ignores defense and stuns them for 4 seconds. The newsboy dashes to the center of the battlefield, distributing newspapers that restore 250 Energy to all allied heroes.

Lvl 2The newsboy’s newspapers also distribute the Attack Rating Raoul stole through Intel Extortion to all allied heroes. This stolen Attack Rating is not returned.
Lvl 3Energy restored by newspapers increases to 350.

Passive: A camera follows Raoul, snapping a photo every 8 seconds, dealing damage to nearby enemy heroes for 120% of Raoul’s Attack Rating and pinpointing 1 weakness. Each enemy can have up to1 pinpointed weaknesses. Active: Raoul blackmails all enemies with pinpointed weaknesses, stealing 15% of their Attack Rating and 100 Energy per weakness. The stolen Attack Rating is returned after 8 seconds with the total stolen from each enemy not exceeding 120% of Raoul’s initial Attack Rating.

Lvl 2Damage dealt by the camera's photos is increased to 160% of Raoul's Attack Rating.
Lvl 3Energy stolen per weakness increases to 150.
Lvl 4Attack Rating stolen per weakness increases to 20%.

Raoul loads three special rounds and fires them in the following order: Fire, Lightning, and then lce. Each round deals AoE Damage equal to 180% of his Attack Rating and applies the following effects: The Fire round reduces the target’s defense by 30% for 6 seconds. The Lightning round drains 100 Energy from the target. The lce round freezes the target for 2 seconds. When loading his rounds, Raoul locks onto an enemy, starting with the nearest enemy hero. Subsequently, he targets the enemy that took the most damage from his previous shots. The locked target takes 30% more damage from Raoul.

Raoul swiftly closes in on an enemy and performs a three-hit combo, each hit dealing damage for 150% of his Attack Rating. The final move is a flying kick that knocks the enemy down. Afterward, Raoul retreats and recovers 25% of his max health. For the duration of this skill, Raoul is invincible and untargetable.

Lvl 2Each hit’s damage is increased to 220%.
