Overall
Izold is a self-destructive brawler who converts his own health loss into escalating power. His noxious gas burns nearby enemies at the cost of his own health, triggering periodic stunning explosions. Every chunk of health he loses permanently increases his attack rating and attack frequency, and once enough stacks accumulate, his regeneration becomes permanent. His ultimate recovers a massive portion of lost health while boosting his attack and haste, and simultaneously triggers his healing injection for double recovery. Enemy deaths during the ultimate window grant him heavy damage reduction and control immunity. A charge-and-stab ability keeps targets locked down between gas cycles. The entire kit rewards him for taking punishment — the lower he drops, the faster and harder he hits, and his layered self-healing makes him increasingly difficult to finish off.

Toxic Transfusion
UltimateInstantly restores a large portion of lost health while boosting haste and attack rating briefly. Also triggers Hypodermic Healing. If enemies die during this effect, Izold gains damage reduction and control immunity.
Noxious Blast
ActiveWhile above 30% health, emits gas that damages nearby enemies at the cost of self-damage. Periodically triggers an explosion dealing heavy AoE damage and stunning nearby enemies.
Needle Strike
ActiveCharges at a single enemy, stunning and knocking them backward before delivering a heavy stab.
Hypodermic Healing
ActiveSelf-injection that restores a percentage of lost health per second over a brief duration. Can become permanent after enough damage-based stacks accumulate.

Toxic Transfusion also triggers Hypodermic Healing. Enemy deaths during the transfusion grant damage reduction and control immunity briefly.

Izold utilizes a powerful chemical agent that immediately restores 50% of the health he has already lost while also increasing his Haste by 20 points and Attack Rating by 35% for 12 seconds.
When Izold’s health is greater than 30% he will use his Noxious Gas skill, dealing damage equal to 3% of his own health as damage to nearby enemies. Noxious Gas also causes Izold to receive damage equal to 1% of his own health as damage.
Izold charges into a single enemy target, stunning them and knocking them backwards, finally stabbing the enemy with his needle for 190% damage.
Izold injects himself, restoring 16% of the health the he’s already lost per second over 8 seconds.

The damage Izold receives is reduced by 30% for 15 seconds when any enemies are slain while Izold is using his “Toxic Transfusion” skill.
The damage Izold receives is reduced by 50% for 15 seconds when any enemies are slain while Izold is using his “Toxic Transfusion” skill.
Immune to control effects while using Toxic Transfusion.
Increases the Haste buff by 30 points and Attack buff by 45% while Toxic Transfusion is active.
Izold's Attack Rating is increased by 1% and his attack frequency increased by 1% until the end of the battle every time he loses 3% of his max health.
After this skill has been stacked 45 times, the effects of the skill "Hypodermic Healing" become permanent, and do not need to be actively used again.
