Protector of Souls

Eluard's entire kit revolves around his Divine Shield — a massive barrier based on his max health that defines whether he's a threat or a liability. While shielded, he's durable. When the shield breaks, he's stunned and takes amplified damage until a new one forms. His ultimate either creates a fresh shield or detonates the existing one to deal area damage based on its remaining value, forcing a constant decision between defense and offense. Prayer of Protection grants full damage immunity to the frontline ally and, after the first ultimate, can extend that immunity to the whole team. He also grants the farthest-forward ally a shield that boosts their attack while active. Judgment hits all enemies harder for each allied hero they've killed, punishing snowballing threats.

Divine Miracle

Passive

Starts battle with a Divine Shield. When broken, Eluard is stunned and takes amplified damage until a new shield forms.

Prayer of Protection

Active

Grants the farthest-forward ally damage immunity during a channel, persisting briefly after. Cleanses debuffs on cast.

Judgment

Active

Channels, then deals AoE damage. Enemies who killed an ally take bonus damage per kill.

Signature Item

Golden Visage

Shortly after battle starts, the farthest-forward ally and the highest-attack ally each receive a shield scaling with their max health that boosts attack while active.

Prayer of Protection also covers Eluard. After the first Sanctimony, the next Prayer of Protection grants damage immunity to all allies.

Eluard immediately creates a Divine Shield that has a value equal to 180% of his max health. If Eluard already possesses a Divine Shield, he consumes it in order to deal damage equal to 20% of the consumed shield’s value to all enemies. Damage dealt cannot exceed 500% of Eluard’s own Attack Rating.

Eluard creates a Divine Shield at the beginning of battle that has a value equal to 150% of his max health. When the Divine Shield is broken, Eluard becomes stunned for 8 seconds, after which he creates a new Divine Shield with a value equal to 150% of his max health. Damage dealt to Eluard when not protected by his Divine Shield is equal to 350% of the initial damage.
