Overall
Belinda is a burst mage built around the “Divine Flame” possession state. When possessed, attack ramps up over time, single-target skills become AoE, and the unique dual-damage system fully unlocks — dealing both divine damage (ignores defense, can’t crit) and flame damage (always crits, scales with crit rating), with possession letting both damage types share each other’s benefits. Sigils provide survivability by storing healing and negating big hits, while burns stack damage-over-time on enemies. With her awakening skill active, Belinda becomes a team-wide damage amplifier. Allies who help recover energy trigger bonus Cleansing Flame hits, and every 4 triggers grants or extends possession while permanently increasing divine damage. This makes her especially strong in prolonged fights with energy-feeding supports.

Blaze of Glory
AwakeningAmplifies attribute buffs and energy recovery from allies. Allies who help Belinda recover energy gain Blaze of Glory, causing their active skills to trigger bonus Cleansing Flame hits. Every 4 triggers grants or extends possession and permanently increases divine damage.
Cleansing Flame
UltimateDamages all enemies and activates Divine Flame possession, ramping attack over time. Recasting extends possession and deals bonus AoE that scales higher with fewer enemies. Repeated hits in quick succession deal escalating damage.
Blinding Blaze
ActiveBurns a target, causing them to lose health whenever they take damage. Also dispels one enemy buff on hit. While possessed, becomes AoE and creates an additional flame. Extended burn duration keeps pressure on targets.
Sacred Sigil
ActiveBrands an ally with a Sigil that pulses AoE damage and stores healing received. A heavy hit on Belinda consumes a Sigil to negate the damage and restore stored health. Auto-applies while possessed. Active Sigils boost crit rating and crit damage amplification, and divine damage heals Belinda.
Champion of the Flame
PassiveAll damage splits into divine (ignores defense, cannot crit) and flame (always crits, scales with crit rating). While possessed, both damage types gain each other’s benefits. Flame damage also increases Belinda’s attack rating, and sustained possession extends its own duration.

All attribute buffs and Energy recovery Belinda receives from her allies are increased by 10%. When an ally helps Belinda recover Energy, she will grant them the Blaze of Glory effect for 8 seconds. Whenever an ally with this effect uses an active skill, it will trigger a Cleansing Flame, damaging the target and nearby enemies for 190% of Belinda's Attack Rating. Every 4 times Blaze of Glory is used, Belinda will become possessed by the Divine Flame, or have her current possession extended by 5 seconds, and the divine damage she deals will be permanently increased by 2%.
Belinda summons the Divine Flame to cleanse the battlefield, damaging all enemies for 230% of her Attack Rating. She is then possessed by the Divine Flame for 10 seconds, increasing her Attack Rating by 5% every second (up to 50%). If Belinda uses this skill while already possessed, it will extend the possession by 10 seconds and deal extra AoE damage equal to 190% of her Attack Rating to all enemy heroes.
Belinda scorches an enemy with a brilliant flame, damaging them for 200% of her Attack Rating and burning them for 6 seconds. When a burned enemy takes damage, they will lose health equal to 100% of Belinda’s Attack Rating over the next 1 second. This effect can trigger 2 times every 1 second. If Belinda is possessed by the Divine Flame, Blinding Blaze will deal AoE damage to the target and all nearby enemies.
Belinda brands an allied hero with a Sacred Sigil for 12 seconds. A hero with a Sigil damages nearby enemies for 190% of Belinda’s Attack Rating every 3 seconds. A portion of the healing the hero receives will be stored by the Sigil, up to 30% of Belinda’s max health. Whenever Belinda takes damage exceeding 10% of her max health, she will consume a Sigil to negate the damage and receive the healing stored in the Sigil. When Belinda is possessed by the Divine Flame, she will automatically receive a Sacred Sigil and will not need to cast this skill to use it.
Belinda’s skills deal 50% divine damage and 50% flame damage. Divine damage cannot Crit, but ignores enemy Defense and Resist. Flame damage always Crits, and each point of Belinda’s Crit Rating increases the damage dealt by 0.4%. While Belinda is possessed by the Divine Flame, both her divine and flame damage will benefit from the other damage type’s effects.
Staff of Flame
Enhances: Blinding BlazeWhen a burned enemy takes damage, they will lose health equal to 120% of Belinda's Attack Rating over the next 1 second.
When a burned enemy takes damage, they will lose health equal to 140% of Belinda's Attack Rating over the next 1 second.
When Blinding Blaze damages an enemy, it will also dispel one of their buffs.
If Belinda is possessed by the Divine Flame, Blinding Blaze will create 1 additional flame.
Burning duration is increased to 8 seconds.
Enhances: Sacred Sigil
Whenever there is an active Sigil, whenever Belinda deals divine damage she will recover health equal to 50% of the damage.
Each active Sigil increases Belinda's Crit Rating by 5 and Crit Damage Amplification by 5.
Flame damage increases Belinda's Attack Rating by 30%.
After Belinda has been possessed by the Divine Flame for a total of 12 seconds, the duration of her possession will be extended by 50%.
